Note: Enter the router's ssid and security key and press connect. Device will take about 1 minute to connect to the router and update the status. If using DHCP option, please make sure the router is connected to the Internet. If using Static IP option, please make sure the entered IP address is available.

| Please go to your device and check LEDs status, and if | |
| a. all three LEDs flash simultaneously. | |
| Press and hold default button for 5 seconds to switch device to AP mode and set home router again. Please make sure the home router is connected to the Internet and the entered SSID/password are correct. | |
| b. green LED and Blue LED are solid on. | |
| Verify that the PC/Mobile is connected to the correct WiFi network and then try reconnecting reconnect | |
